Lance C. Winchester

Lance brings his breadth of experience to each case he handles. He has tried more than 100 jury cases and also successfully handled a broad range of civil matters, including wrongful death, serious personal injury, medical and professional malpractice, products liability, drug litigation, premises defects, oil and gas disputes, misappropriation of trade secrets, contract disputes and selected family law matters. Lance's excellence in trial work was recognized by his invitation to join the membership of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates.

In the past, Lance was actively involved with the Houston Trial Lawyers Association and is currently a member of the Central Area Trial Lawyers Association. Lance has also given speeches and authored publications on various topics related to trial law. He is AV rated by Martindale – Hubbell, which is the highest rating an attorney can receive from this organization.

Lance graduated with honors from both the University of Texas at El Paso and the University of Michigan School of Law. He began his law practice with Butler and Binion in Houston and also practiced with the trial firms of Helm, Pletcher, Bowen and Saunders, as well as Hagans, Burdine, Montgomery, Rustay and Winchester.
