Elaine Berkeley

Ms. Berkeley’s practice includes all aspects of divorce, child custody, visitation, and support, as well as paternity, terminations and adoptions.  Her experience includes high-conflict custody matters and high- end complex property division issues.  With years of experience practicing in a small town firm, she is acutely attuned to the impact family law matters can have on a person’s life, family, and community.  In addition to her regular family law practice, her experience as an Attorney Ad Litem representing children and parents involved with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (CPS) has given her invaluable insight and understanding of the psychological and emotional impact and effects of complex legal matters on children. 

Ms. Berkeley is a member of the Texas Bar Association, Texas Family Law Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Texas Lawyer’s for Children, Texas Criminal Defense Law Association, National Association of Counsel for Children, and the Association of Family and Conciliatory Courts.
