Brian D. Walsh

Brian D. Walsh has extensive experience in litigating, mediating and appealing complex commercial disputes and personal injury matters.  Primarily responsible for drafting and responding to discovery, pre-trial motions, post-trial motions and appellate briefs.

Mr. Walsh received his B.A. in 1988 from Southwestern University at Georgetown, where he majored in History. He received his J.D. as summa cum laude in 2002 from the University of Arkansas where he was Articles Editor for the "Arkansa Law Review" and was a member of the Pearson Fellowship.

Mr. Walsh was the recepient of the James E. McDaniel Scholarship as well as the Jim G. Ferguson, Sr. Memorial Scholarship and was awarde the Bard Rogan Natural Resources Award while attending the University of Arkansas.
